Delivery updates due to COVID-19

Delivery remains open, but with some delays to non-UK European countries.
Our store remains open and we’re working hard to deliver your beauty essentials safely and on time. However, we are facing challenges and delays to some international orders, so please bear with us during this time.
Further to the announcements yesterday regarding the UK's new variant of Coronavirus and the transport restrictions implemented in certain countries, we share the below update:
- UK Special Next Day Deliveries are available and are expected to reach their destinations before Christmas, if placed by 1.00pm on the 22nd of December.
- Normal delivery services within the UK remains as is. However, some delays are expected due to the surge of online shopping and the current operational challenges our couriers are experiencing.
- Orders for mainland Europe (outside of UK), Canada and Turkey will experience disruptions as a consequence of the above-mentioned restrictions.
- Extended delivery times are expected. We will continue providing updates about our service.

Brexit - Everything you need to know
We have designed this FAQ page to explain the changes that have taken place from the 1st of January 2021 in relation to Brexit. Am I still able to order to Europe after Brexit?
Absolutely! We are doing everything we can to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as it always has been.
Will my order take longer to be delivered?
We are working very closely with our couriers to ensure there is little impact to our delivery times, however as they adapt to new regulations there may be a slight delay.
Has the cost of delivery changed?
Great news! We still have free worldwide delivery for orders over £25!
Will I be charged any customs fees?
Any orders over €22 will be subject to a local VAT charge. Some countries have enforced duty charges for products originating from outside of the EU and UK, this means there can be duty payable for some of our items, along with some handling fees. If you would like further information on the breakdown of each country and spend please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I be refunded my VAT?
As a company we are more than happy to arrange a VAT refund for you. Please send our Customer Service team an email at email@example.com who will be more than happy to assist you in this.
