It provides a minimum of 4% ginsenosides which are the active ingredients in ginseng and contributes to physical and mental well-being as well as supporting the immune system and the body's natural defenses.
- Maca is an adaptogen known to support the adrenal glands in time of stress, it improves energy levels and strengthens the immune system. It is also renowned for its fertility enhancing properties and supporting hormone balancing.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also supports the normal function of the nervous and immune system and contributes to normal red blood cell formation.
 
How to Use

2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Due to the calming properties in the blend, it is ideal to consume in the evening before bed, to support a restful night's sleep.
