How to Use
Massage Neom Great Day Body Scrub on to dry or damp skin starting at the feet and moving upwards in circular movements. At the same time, practise mindful breathing techniques…in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Rinse off in the bath or shower.
